Garment Factory Manager

Location: Dehiwala

We are looking for an experienced Garment Factory Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a small garment factory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage overall factory operations and daily production

• Handle orders and ensure timely fulfillment

• Plan and control machine usage and production time

• Supervise and guide factory staff (7–10 employees)

• Maintain production targets (around 1000 abaya pieces per month)

• Do basic computer data entry and system management (production, orders, records)

• Ensure quality standards are maintained

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a clothing / garment factory

• Experience in managing a small factory is an advantage

• Knowledge of abaya or similar women’s clothing is preferred

• Good organizational and leadership skills

• Basic computer knowledge (data entry, record keeping)

Salary:

• Salary will be decided based on experience and skill level
