【~】✪ Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, or a related field

【~】✪ Coordinate with drivers to manage delivery routes
【~】✪ Monitor delivery progress and provide real-time updates to internal teams and customers
【~】✪ Prepare and process basic logistics related documents, ensuring all records are accurate
【~】✪ Check stock levels with the warehouse team to ensure adequate inventory for daily deliveries
【~】✪ Verify delivery accuracy by comparing orders with delivered quantities, reporting any discrepancies
【~】✪ Update order and delivery status in the system for efficient record-keeping and tracking
【~】✪ Communicate with customers regarding delivery times and handle basic inquiries or issues
【~】✪ Generate daily or weekly delivery performance reports for management review
【~】✪ Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like on-time delivery rates to support service improvements
