About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Private Chef to prepare high-quality meals for the owner and guests in a private residence. The ideal candidate will specialize in Sri Lankan cuisine while also being skilled in a variety of international dishes. The role requires a strong commitment to healthy, hygienic, and well-presented food.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily for the owner and guests
Create and plan authentic Sri Lankan and international menus
Prepare healthy, balanced, and high-quality meals
Handle ingredient preparation, stock rotation, and grocery shopping
Maintain strict food hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
Ensure the kitchen and storage areas are kept clean, organized, and well-maintained
Adapt menus and dishes to accommodate special dietary needs or occasions
Work independently with professionalism, discretion, and flexibility
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Private Chef or in a similar role
Expertise in Sri Lankan cuisine and international culinary styles
Strong knowledge of healthy cooking methods and nutrition
Excellent understanding of food safety standards
HACCP training or certification is highly desirable
Professional, reliable, and adaptable with strong time management skills
Culinary qualification or relevant certification preferred
