Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the installation team, ensuring all installation activities are completed safely and according to technical standards.
- Coordinate with clients to provide updates, handle inquiries, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Supervise and coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
- Monitor and prepare Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) renewals, including follow-ups, documentation, and contract updates.
- Support the sales team with technical requirements, including preparing technical proposals, providing product knowledge, and assisting in project evaluations.
