# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
【~】✪ Inspect new shipments of home, kitchen, and electrical appliances, prepare verification reports, and share with stakeholders before market distribution.
Report quality issues and improvement suggestions to suppliers, coordinating with commercial, marketing, factory, and service teams.
【~】✪ Conduct OEM sample testing and validation to ensure top product quality & Address critical customer complaints on-site or online for unresolved quality issues by preparing initial spare parts orders and coordinate for new product launches
【~】✪ Ensure full accessibility of service manuals, BOMs, exploded views, bulletins, and technical guides for technicians and service agents through a service management system.
