ABOUT THE ROLE
E-commerce Web Administrator performs tasks as necessary to support the buying team. They execute Web administrative and routine functions as well as a variety of tasks needed to support office efficiency. They provide logistical support in vendor relations and may be responsible for certain routine reporting needs. Priorities and tasks may change as required by the needs of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creating content for all online products, ensuring they are listed effectively
Presenting products visually across various platforms
Ensuring all products are correctly categorised, priced and promotions are working
Reviewing all product details and pricing, supporting content in line with company marketing
Influencing online marketing activity based on product performance, analysis and/or stock levels
Monitoring the performance of the website content interaction, making recommendations to increase product engagement
Reporting on weekly trade performance and making changes to website product content based on this
Operational support: Provides memos/communication visibility to operations of key events.
Administrative: Assists team in maintaining calendar and scheduling brand development

SKILLS:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Good internet & social media skills
Strong Analytical knowledge
Both oral and written English
Creative problem solver
REQUIREMENTS & ESSENTIALS:
Education Requirements: Diploma or Degree in IT/ICT/BIT required
Computer literate and understanding of basic web technologies
Years of Related Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role working on Ebay or Amazon marketplaces will be advantaged; Not Mandatory
1 Week Professional training will be provided to non-experience trainees & fresh graduates
