Property Deal Pvt Ltd, a fast-growing real estate agency in Colombo 6, specializes in apartments, houses, lands, and commercial properties for rent and sale. We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing & WordPress Executive to manage our online presence, marketing campaigns, and website development/maintenance.
As a Digital Marketing & WordPress Executive, you will handle social media, digital campaigns, website updates, content creation, and lead generation ensuring a strong digital presence for our real estate business.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, create, and manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
• Design creative marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Photoshop
• Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns including ad creation, targeting, and performance tracking.
• Update Maintain, & Optimize the WordPress Company Website
• Ensure website content, themes, plugins, and security are up to date.
• Assist with Email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Monitor website and campaign analytics and provide performance reports.
• Collaborate with agents and sales team to align digital marketing with business goals.
• Suggest and implement innovative digital strategies to increase engagement and leads.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum qualification: GCE A/L or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• 1+ year experience in digital marketing, social media, or WordPress management
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Meta Ads Manager, and WordPress
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus).
• Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
