We are hiring for an International Call Center based in Colombo 04. We have openings in the following domains:

Data Verification Process

Job Responsibilities include the following:

Handling Data related tasks as per the process defined.

Fluency in English is required.

Update system data and report any issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

Willingness to work in shifts on a roster basis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Should be able to work independently without supervision and as part of a team.

Should have cumulative work experience of 4 years or more

Experience in MS Excel with knowledge of basic formulas is a must.
