Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Job Description:
As a Data Entry Operator in the accounting and customer service team, your primary responsibility will be to accurately input financial data into our systems, ensuring that all entries are complete, correct, and compliant with company policies. You will work closely with the accounting, customer service and administrative teams to support day-to-day tasks and help maintain our financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Inputting accounting and financial data accurately into various systems.
Reviewing and verifying source documents for accuracy.
Ensuring that all data entry is timely and up to date.
Assisting with routine accounting tasks such as invoice processing, reconciliation, and record keeping.
Collaborating with team members to support additional administrative duties when needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be over the age of 30.
Preference given to married women.
Proficiency in basic computer operations (MS Excel, Word, and email usage).
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Prior experience in data entry, accounting, or administrative tasks is an advantage but not required.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Working Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday. Flexible hours may be considered based on performance and company needs.
