Operations & Customer Support Assistant @ Bear Appeal

We’re looking for someone organized, reliable, and good with people to join the Bear Appeal team.

*Responsibilities*

1. Preparing and packing customer orders

2. Coordinating and organizing daily deliveries

3. Responding to customer inquiries on social media and WhatsApp

4. Assisting with basic operational and administrative tasks

5. Helping maintain smooth day-to-day workflow

*Requirements*

1. Good communication skills in English and Sinhala

2. Basic computer and social media knowledge

3. Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

4. Ability to work independently and manage time well

5. Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce is a plus

*Working Hours*

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM

*Salary*

LKR 50,000 – 70,000 (based on experience and skill)

Nugegoda
