About Our Cloud ERP Solution
Our flagship product is a comprehensive Cloud ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platform designed to streamline and automate critical business processes. The system includes robust modules for Accounting, Inventory Management, Sales and Purchase, Human Resources, Payroll, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and more. These modules are seamlessly integrated to provide real-time business insights, improve efficiency, and support decision-making. Our solution is suited for organizations aiming to harness the power of cloud technology for growth and digital agility.
Type: Remote (90%) / Customer Visits for Installation & Demos (10%) (Paid meal, transport, and accommodations for field visits)
Responsibilities
Customer Support:
• Answer calls from provided hotline number (extension) via mobile application (24/7) and WhatsApp.
• 95% of calls occur between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (official hours).
• Respond to emergency calls after 5:00 PM and assign relevant teams by creating support tickets.
Product Demonstrations & Training:
• Conduct demonstrations and training for customers (using Zoom or in-person visits).
• Live training and video resources will be provided.
• 90% of installations are remote; only 10% require onsite visits.
Sales & Marketing:
• Contact prospective customers (numbers provided daily) to complete sales.
• Update customer feedback and call logs in the portal.
Prerequisites
• Laptop, smartphone, and internet connection
• Any type of vehicle for customer visits (distance and accommodation provided)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, software installation)
• Good communication skills (Sinhala/English required, Tamil optional)
• 1 year experience in related field
Not included:
Internet and telephone charges, devices (mobile phones/laptops/vehicles)
Compensation
• Office working hours (Full time Remote) (8 AM – 5 PM): LKR 35,000 / month
• Hotline on-alert allowance (5 PM – 8 AM): LKR 10,000 / month (LKR 300 deducted per off-day)
• Sales incentive: LKR 5,000 per completed sale *
• Paid meal, transport, and accommodations for field visits
