• Answer calls and manage inquiries

• Support basic administrative tasks
✨ **What we’re looking for:**
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
• Fluent in English and Sinhala
• Tamil speaking is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
