- Job description -
· Maintain a quick response rate for customer inquiries coming in via chat and phone calls.
. Processing and fulfilling orders.
. Work together with the team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
. Coordinate with fulfillment partners for seamless delivery operations.
. Support the team with admin tasks.
- Qualifications -
. Fluent in English and Sinhala.
. Strong sense of time management and ability to handle pressure & multitask.
. Able to commute to and from work (Colombo 03).
