Customer Experience Specialist
Should have passed in G.C.E. A/Ls or an equivalent qualification
Prior experience in call centre, CRM or hospitality will be added advantage.
Male candidates preffered. (Meka highlight karanna)
Fluency in Sinhala & English is required. (Tamil would be an added advantage)
Should have an excellent working knowledge in MS products and with digital & social media platform.
Flexible to work on a roster basis including night shifts, weekends & public holidays.
