Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Care Executive located in Colombo. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, managing and resolving customer complaints, managing and updating customer accounts, and carrying out sales activities to promote our services.
Qualifications
Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
Excellent Communication skills
Experience in Sales
Experience in the payment industry is a plus
Familiarity with the Sri Lankan payment landscape is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Remuneration
Base remuneration is LKR 40,000, with an additional incentive of LKR 10,000 based on performance, resulting in a total of LKR 50,000.
