Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain and update client records in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest company offerings and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is a plus).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Basic computer skills
