As a Bakery Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by providing high-quality service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and efficiently performing various tasks within the bakery. You will work collaboratively with your team to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their baked goods and service.

Qualifications:
*English Proficiency is mandatory Certificate or equivalent preferred.
*Previous experience in a customer service or bakery role is a plus.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions.
*Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
*Must be at least 21 years old.
Customer Service:
*Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
*Take accurate orders and handle payments efficiently.
*Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
*Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Display and Merchandising:
*Arrange baked goods in display cases in an attractive manner.
*Monitor product levels and restock displays as needed.
*Ensure the bakery area is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Cash Handling:
*Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
*Maintain a balanced cash drawer and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

Team Collaboration:
*Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with training new crew members as needed.
*Communicate openly with management and coworkers to achieve common goals.
Stock and Inventory:
*Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating inventory.
*Monitor stock levels and notify management when supplies need to be reordered.
