📍 Location: Colombo / Island-wide Sites
💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
【~】✪ 🔹 Minimum 3–5 years of experience in crane maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting (mobile cranes / tower cranes / heavy lifting equipment)
【~】✪ 🔹 Diploma / NVQ Level 4 or above in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering
【~】✪ 🔹 Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and crane mechanisms
【~】✪ 🔹 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics
【~】✪ 🔹 Experience in fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance of heavy equipment
【~】✪ 🔹 Ability to work on roster basis (day & night shifts)
【~】✪ 🔹 Physically fit and able to work in industrial / port / site environments
💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
【~】✪ 🔹 Inspect, maintain, and repair cranes and lifting equipment safely and efficiently
【~】✪ 🔹 Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults and provide solutions
【~】✪ 🔹 Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance work
【~】✪ 🔹 Ensure all repairs comply with safety standards and company procedures
【~】✪ 🔹 Attend breakdowns and restore crane operations in a timely manner
【~】✪ 🔹 Coordinate with site supervisors and operations teams
【~】✪ 🔹 Maintain service reports, repair records, and maintenance logs
