We are looking for a talented Social Media Content Creator to administer our accounts and to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Content Creation: Develop, design, and produce engaging social media content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform

(Facebook, Instagram, Linkedln, TikTok, etc.). • Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all social media channels to

enhance brand presence and loyalty. • Content Calendar: Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure regular and timely posts that

align with marketing goals and campaigns. •Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience interactions in a timely manner to

foster engagement and community growth.

• Social Media Handling:

Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as facebook, instagram, linkedin, tiktok and youtube, adapting content to suit

different channels and audiences.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure the company remains at the forefront of

social media marketing • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other departments to align

content with company goals and campaigns.

SKILLS:

•Proven experience as a Social Media Content

Creator or similar role • Photography, videography, editing or creative

content skills •Strong understanding of frame composition (lighting, angles, negative space, photo

clarity/depth of frame) • Strong understanding of studio tools such as

ring lights, tripods, props, backdrops, etc •Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, TikTok,

YouTube and content management tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication

skills in English and Sinhala.
