We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential building project. The role involves managing labor, ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating with contractors, and making sure the project is completed on time and within budget.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
1. Site Management
* Supervise daily construction activities on-site
* Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications
* Monitor progress and report updates regularly
2. Labor & Contractor Coordination
* Manage masons, carpenters, electricians, and other workers
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
* Ensure workers follow instructions and timelines
3. Quality Control
* Inspect materials and workmanship
* Ensure finishing standards meet expectations
* Identify and fix issues early
4. Material Handling
* Plan and monitor material usage
* Prevent wastage and theft
* Coordinate deliveries and storage
5. Health & Safety
* Ensure basic safety practices are followed on-site
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment
6. Reporting
* Provide daily/weekly progress updates
* Track expenses and site requirements
* Communicate issues to the owner/engineer promptly

🎯 Requirements
* 2–5+ years experience supervising residential construction
* Ability to read and understand architectural & structural drawings
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Experience managing labor teams
* Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods
* NVQ / Diploma in Construction (preferred but not mandatory)
