Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee an ongoing office interior fit-out project on a contract basis.
3–5 years experience; immediate start – with opportunity for permanent employment based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of works
Coordinate with subcontractors (carpentry, partitions, ceilings, MEP, etc.)
Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
Track progress against programme and report delays/issues
Ensure proper site housekeeping and safety practices
Coordinate with project team, suppliers, and client representatives
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years experience in interior fit-out projects
Good understanding of drawings and site coordination
Strong supervision and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple subcontractors and fast-track work
Immediate availability preferred
