❖ KITCHEN STAFF
Commis 2 – Should be an all-rounder specializing in Asian and Continental Cooking. Knowledge of basic kitchen hygiene required.
Commis 3 - Should be an all-rounder specializing in Asian and Continental Cooking. Knowledge of basic kitchen hygiene required.
