COMMI JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Assisting the Chef in daily kitchen operations.
*Preparing basic food items such as stocks, sauces, and garnishes.
*Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
COMMI REQUIREMENTS:
*Basic culinary skills and knowledge.
*Vegan food knowledge.
*Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
*Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
*English is a must.
COMMI CONDITIONS:
*Salary: 55000lkr + Service charge.
*5 working days per week (37.5h).
*Meals provided.
*Accommodation not provided.
