Collection Recovery Officer Work from Home

We are hiring Collection Officers.

Responsibilities include calling customers, follow-ups, and payment recovery. Good Sinhala communication required. Experience is an advantage. Attractive salary + incentives.

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Sinhala required, Tamil/English is an advantage)

Have Lap top And Smart phone Must

Ability to handle customers firmly and professionally

Target-driven and self-motivated personality

Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge

Previous experience in recovery / collections is an advantage

Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome

Working Details:

Working Hours: 8AM - 5PM
