We are looking for an experienced and responsible Coconut Estate In-Charge to manage day-to-day operations of our large-scale coconut plantation in Aliyavalai. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising field activities, managing workers, and regularly communicating progress to management and consultants.

Tasks:
- daily field operations and labour activities
- Conduct daily walk-around inspections of the plantation
- Identify and resolve immediate field issues
- Monitor progress throughout the day and provide guidance
- Ensure proper use of materials, fuel, tools, and equipment
- Check availability and condition of tools, equipment, and safety gear
- Maintain quality standards in all plantation activities
- Monitor workflow efficiency and suggest improvements
- Record daily achievements and report unfinished tasks
- Briefly plan activities for the next working day
- Communicate regular updates to management and consultants
- Gather feedback from workers and support team motivation
- Handle problem-solving and unexpected challenges on site
