Job Role
• Maintain and organize court records, case files, and legal documents, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Assist with filing legal documents such as motions, complaints, and orders.
• Prepare and distribute court documents, including notices, summonses.
• Manage the court calendar/ Diaries.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Familiarity with court procedures, and document filing.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in using MS office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience working in a legal or administrative setting is an added advantage.
