Bubble Me (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a responsible, alert, and trustworthy CCTV Monitoring Officer to oversee live surveillance across all outlets and provide recorded footage when required. This role is essential for maintaining security, operational safety, and ensuring smooth daily operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor all CCTV cameras in real time across multiple outlets and facilities.
• Identify and report suspicious activity, safety issues, or policy violations immediately.
• Retrieve and provide specific CCTV recordings upon management request.
• Maintain organized records of footage, incident logs, and daily monitoring reports.
• Ensure all CCTV systems are functioning properly and report technical issues promptly.
• Work closely with the Operations and Management teams when incidents occur.
• Keep all footage, information, and company data strictly confidential.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay alert during long monitoring periods.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CCTV software/systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow reporting procedures.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and reliability.
• Ability to work 10 am - 10 pm, 7 days a week. (OT will be provided)
