Customer Care Officer cum Cashier
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to take on the dual role of Customer Care Officer cum Cashier.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Provide a warm and professional welcome to all customers and assist with inquiries, complaints, and service needs.
▪ Build strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
▪ Process transactions, including cash, card payments, and refunds, with accuracy and efficiency.
▪ Maintain detailed and accurate financial records, ensuring the cash register balances at the end of each shift.
▪ Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless operations and exceptional service.
Qualifications & Skills:
▪ G.C.E. O/L and G.C.E. A/L qualifications.
▪ Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
▪ Minimum 01-year experience as a receptionist, cashier, or customer care officer will be beneficial.
▪ Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
▪ High attention to detail with a customer-first approach.
