We are hiring call centre agents to handle customer calls and provide clear, helpful information. The role includes answering inquiries, updating system records, and meeting daily targets.

Qualifications

• Male and female candidates can apply

• Age between 18 and 28

• Passed GCE O/L and faced GCE A/L in any stream

• Ability to work in Colombo areas such as Colombo 10, Rajagiriya, Colombo 7, or Wellawatte

• Good communication skills

• Sinhala and English or Tamil and English proficiency
