Position: Call Center Specialist (WFH)
We are looking for a confident, engaging, and customer-focused Call Center Specialist to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and have a natural ability to guide conversations toward positive outcomes, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Respond to customer chat inquiries across our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Understand customer needs and confidently present suitable product or service solutions
- Build rapport with customers to increase satisfaction and conversion success
- Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns efficiently
- Meet daily and monthly performance and service goals
Required Skills & Traits
- Fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage, not mandatory)
- Strong ability to engage customers and communicate value clearly
- Confident in guiding conversations and supporting customer decision-making
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
- Ability to work from home with good computer literacy
- Calm, professional, and able to perform under pressure
- Quick learner with strong adaptability
- Prior call center or sales experience is an advantage
- School leavers are welcome to apply
