CALL CENTER RESPONSIBILITIES.
Answer calls: Professionally handle both inbound and outbound calls from customers.
Resolve issues: Troubleshoot problems, answer questions, and find solutions to meet
customer needs.
Hands-on experience with office equipment (i.e., Scanning machines and printers)
Document interactions: Keep detailed records of customer calls, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Update CRM: Accurately enter call notes and other relevant data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Should maintain good Customer Service, attitude, and good interpersonal relationship skills.
Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Office/Photoshop and, MS Excel specifically.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
RECRUITER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer calls: Professionally handle both inbound and outbound calls from customers.

Strategy and collaboration: Work with hiring managers to understand and define job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Job posting: Write and post job advertisements on various platforms.
Screening and evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates for suitability and fit.
Interview coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Document interactions: Keep detailed records of customer calls, transactions, comments, and complaints.
EDUCATION.
Candidates should have passed G.C.E. O/L and A/L.
Minimum 2 Years’ experience in similar field
A Diploma or Degree in the relevant field will be an added advantage.
Fluency in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage)
Having experience working in an agency will be an added advantage.
Candidate should be a Motivated Female or Male who is around 22 To 45
Salary 40,000/- to 50,000/- + incentives
