Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support through various channels (phone, email, social media).
Assist customers with technical issues and offer solutions promptly.
Utilize IT knowledge to resolve system, software, and hardware queries.

Qualifications:
Fluent in English, and knowledge of Spanish, German, or Hindi is a plus.
