Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala, English, Tamil, and Muslim.
- Previous experience in Call Center / Customer Services is an added advantage.
- Successful completion of GCE Advanced Level OR GCE Ordinary Level examinations.
- Age should be between 18 - 33 years.
- Be a team player with a positive and tolerant attitude.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using basic computer applications.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic understanding of business operations and processes.
- Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries related to business services effectively.
- Excellent promotional skills and the ability to upsell products and services to customers.
