CAFE MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor daily operations, ensuring that the outlet is clean, well-stocked, and properly staffed Develop marketing strategies to increase sales and promote the company brand
• Lead and motivate a team of employees to ensure customer satisfaction, quality standards, and operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, resolving issues quickly and efficiently
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 2-years of experience in a similar capacity
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge will be an added advantage
• Excellent time management skills
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
• Age below 35
