We are specialized in the design and installation of grid-tied solar power systems for commercial and industrial applications, as well as solar-powered solutions for electricity generation, water heating, and water purification solutions. 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 - 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
✦ Drive business growth by identifying opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial rooftop solar markets, building a strong sales pipeline, and closing deals.
✦ Lead and develop a small team, setting targets, coaching performance, and ensuring effective collaboration with technical and operations teams.
✦ Develop and execute go-to-market and marketing strategies, including pricing, positioning, and campaigns to expand market share.
✦ Build and manage relationships with clients, partners, financing institutions, and government stakeholders to support business growth.
✦ Oversee customer relations during and after project delivery, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
✦ Stay informed on industry trends, policies, and financing models to refine offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
✦ Minimum 05 years of experience in the sales/business development, preferably in the Solar or renewable energy related industry.
✦ Fully or partly qualified in SLIM/CIM/Management Diploma or Degree.
✦ Excellent communication and negotiations skills, with the ability to present ideas and influence decision makers.
✦ A proactive, target-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
✦ Passion for sustainability and renewable energy solutions will be a distinct advantage.
