REQUIREMENTS

⭕ Minimum 1 year of experience in the BPO industry
⭕ Proven experience in handling sales calls
⭕ Strong communication & negotiation skills
⭕ Ability to work with targets and KPIs
⭕ Exposure to Forex call handling will be an added asset.
⭕ Strong command of English is essential; additional Gulf language skills are advantageous
