Job description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES;
• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience.
• Collaborate with internal & external teams, including product development, sales, creative, activation and digital agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Oversee social media strategy and content creation to enhance online brand presence.
• Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE;
• Should possess part qualifications in CIM/SLIM or with a Diploma in Marketing or business management from a recognized university
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in brand management
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing principles and Consumer behavior
• Excellent command of English both written and oral.
• Have good Microsoft office skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and multi-tasking whilst working under pressure.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a range of situations.
