Bartender

We are looking for energetic and skilled Bartenders to join Tipsy on Maitland, Colombo’s newest nightlife bar. The ideal candidate should have prior bar experience, a strong understanding of cocktails and spirits, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes.

Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and stock levels.

Provide friendly, efficient service to guests during busy hours.

Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.

Requirements:

Previous bar experience preferred.

Ability to work late hours (until closing).

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
