Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee and specialty drinks.
Ensure high-quality standards in coffee preparation, presentation, and customer service.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.
Manage inventory and restock coffee supplies as needed.
Assist with cashier duties when required.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
