💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
【~】✪ NVQ Level 6 or a Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
【~】✪ 4-6 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within an automotive body shop, dealer, or repair facility.
【~】✪ Proficient in managing both English and Sinhala.
💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
【~】✪ Ensure company operating procedures are followed and maintain workshop cleanliness & safety standards.
【~】✪ Monitor technicians' daily productivity, manage employees, and facilitate technical training.
【~】✪ Oversee collision repair management, ensure timely vehicle handover, and work accurately under pressure.
【~】✪ Supervise all body shop operations within a leading vehicle service company in Biyagama.
✅ 𝐁𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐅𝐈𝐓𝐒 :
【~】✪ Attractive remuneration package (LKR 75,000 - 150,000) based on qualifications & experience.
【~】✪ Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
【~】✪ Leave Days: Sunday and Poya day.
