# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
• Minimum 05 years' experience of handling body shop workshops, Collision Repair management & Insurance Automotive Claims management experience. • Familiarity with all Auto body shop equipment.
• Sound knowledge of paints & painting ingredients.
• Writing and oral communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
• Sound knowledge of Mechanical Field.
• Excellent management, interpersonal, planning, leadership and communication skills.
• Need to have a proper understanding on the vehicle spare parts.
• Excellent in both English & Sinhala.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office Package.
• Age should be between 30-45 years.
# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
• Ensure company operating procedures are followed.
• Planning and monitoring daily routine work within the workshop. • Monitor technicians' daily productivity.
• Facilitate or conduct technical training.
• Manage employees when required.
• Own performance across the area and maintain strong customer relationships achieving sales targets.
• Able to work under pressure & make correct & quick decisions.
Working Hours (Monday to Saturday 7.30 AM - 5.30PM)
