Job Overview
The ideal candidate is responsible for supporting Studio Kylie PVT LTD daily operations, client services, and event requirements. This role requires skills in saree draping, hair styling, and basic makeup application, along with maintaining the studio on non event days. Flexibility to work night shifts during events is required.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Saree Draping
• Ability to drape Osari
• Perform made up Kandyan saree draping
• Execute various Indian saree draping styles
• Ensure neat finishing, time efficiency, and secure pinning suitable for events and shoots
Hair Styling
• Hair straightening and ironing
• Curling using tongs and wand
• Blow drying for volume and sleek finishes
• Crimping for texture based styling
Basic Makeup
• Ability to perform clean, natural makeup looks
• Knowledge of skin preparation and correct base matching
• Understanding of soft glam techniques
• Bridal level makeup skills are not required
Studio Operations & Support
• Manage day to day studio cleanliness and organization
• Prepare the studio for client appointments, shoots, and events
• Maintain tools, equipment, and basic inventory
• Assist senior artists during shoots, events, and bridal bookings
Work Schedule & Compensation
• Required to work night shifts on certain event days
• On night shift days, morning work is not required
• If a full day is worked, additional compensation will be provided as per studio policy
