Working Days & Hours
• Monday to Friday -8.30 AM – 5.00 PM
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively generate leads and expand the customer base within the assigned region
• Promote and sell rooftop solar solutions to residential and commercial clients
• Conduct client site visits and inspections to assess solar installation requirements
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales
• Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
Experience & Skills Required
• 1–4 years of proven experience in solar sales or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven mindset with a customer-centric approach
• Pleasant, professional personality suitable for client-facing roles
Qualifications
• Minimum GCE O/L or A/L
• Marketing certification will be an added advantage
Candidate Profile
• Male/Female: Any
• Age Range: 20 – 55 years
• Must possess a valid vehicle (mandatory for field travel roles)
Salary & Benefits
• Basic Salary: LKR 70,000 – 100,000 (based on experience & designation)
• Travel Allowance:
o LKR 50,000 (standard)
o Additional LKR 10,000 – 40,000 (vehicle-based)
• Performance-Based Commission: Unlimited
