We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager - Retail to join our esteemed client based in Colombo 05.

# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

【~】✪ Maintain strong communication and build lasting relationships with retail partners through regular engagement, events, and celebrations.

【~】✪ meetings such as first meets, fit-out/renovation meets, and monthly business reviews to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

【~】✪ Collect, track, and analyze monthly sales data for performance insights and trading density analysis.

【~】✪ Conduct surveys and feedback analyses to gauge retailer satisfaction, organize annual huddles, and implement initiatives to enhance retailer delight.

# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

【~】✪ Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Retail sector.

【~】✪ Preferably Tenant or retailer relations.
