📍 Location: Colombo / Site & Workshop Locations
💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
【~】✪ 🔹 Minimum 1–3 years of experience in crane maintenance, mechanical assistance, or heavy equipment workshop work
【~】✪ 🔹 Basic knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems in cranes or lifting equipment
【~】✪ 🔹 NVQ Level 3/4 in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related technical qualification (preferred)
【~】✪ 🔹 Willingness to learn crane inspection, repair, and troubleshooting procedures
【~】✪ 🔹 Ability to work under supervision and follow technical instructions
【~】✪ 🔹 Physically fit and able to work in industrial / port / site environments
【~】✪ 🔹 Ability to work on roster basis (day & night shifts if required)
【~】✪ 🔹 Teamwork and good communication skills
💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
【~】✪ 🔹 Assist senior technicians in crane inspection, maintenance, and repair work
【~】✪ 🔹 Support hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical troubleshooting activities
【~】✪ 🔹 Help carry out preventive maintenance and servicing tasks
【~】✪ 🔹 Assist in breakdown repairs and equipment restoration
【~】✪ 🔹 Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness
【~】✪ 🔹 Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
【~】✪ 🔹 Prepare basic reports and support documentation work
