Job Title: Air Ticketing Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with booking/reservations air tickets and managing travel itineraries.
• Instant updates on the inquiries from customer.
• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fares, and availability.
• Handle ticket modifications, cancellations, and refunds as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies and regulations.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
• Must have hands on Experience and knowledge on Galileo GDS
• Previous experience in air ticketing or travel agency preferred.
• Tamil Language is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of different airlines and travel regulations is a plus.
