**Job Overview**
Melbet- Teamcash Team is seeking a driven and analytical ** Affiliate Marketing Manager** to join our team. The successful candidate will manage our affiliate marketing efforts, focusing on expanding partnerships, optimizing performance, and scaling the business through effective affiliate programs, specifically in the betting industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and oversee **affiliate marketing strategies** tailored to the sports betting market.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, building long-term partnerships.
- Manage and optimize affiliate performance using different models, such as:
Revenue Share (RevShare)**: Commission based on the revenue generated from referred players.
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)**: Fixed payment when affiliates bring new, depositing customers.
Hybrid Models**: A combination of both CPA and RevShare to reward performance.
- Provide affiliates with the necessary resources (e.g., banners, links, landing pages) to ensure the success of campaigns.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data, and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
- Ensure compliance with Melbet’s policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other marketing and product teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with broader business goals.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in **affiliate marketing**, ideally within the betting or iGaming industry.
Knowledge of affiliate platforms and tools to track performance (e.g., dashboards, commission structures).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
Excellent communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with affiliates.
Experience with marketing models like **RevShare**, **CPA**, **CPL** (Cost Per Lead), and **hybrid** approach is an advantage.
