Position: Office administrator
Age Requirement: 25-35 yrs old
Language Requirement: Fluent in English
Working Hours: 10 hours (11 AM - 9 PM),include 1 hour break ;
Monthly Rest Days: 4 days
Job Requirements:
(1)✅ •Master the required procurement information in a timely manner and maintain good internal communication.
(2)✅ •Investigate and master the supply channels of materials used in production and find sources of material supply.
(3)✅ •Must acknowledge and familiar with the purchase resource channel in Colombo
(4)✅ •Evaluate the supplier's supply price, material quality, delivery time, etc., understand the market price trend of the company's main materials, prepare procurement documents, and purchase the required materials.
(5)✅ •For managing fixed assets, control the damage and loss of various administrative assets and establish relevant ledgers;
(6)✅ •Responsible for the allocation and coordination of administrative matters and resources between departments to ensure fairness and efficiency;
(7)✅ •Responsible for the management of office supplies, Manage expense expenditures and improve administrative cost efficiency in the region;
Salary and Benefits:
✅ • Monthly Salary: Start from LKR 50.000 - LKR60.000 ;
