Job Role:
🔸Ability to work in a Computerized environment.
🔸Type Professional Letters and Emails.
🔸Filling out application forms.
🔸Multi-task with all the documentation work.
🔸Edit and submit documents within a short deadline.
🔸Proficiency in Canva, PhotoShop, and other editing software will be an added advantage.
🔸Must be able to prepare a variety of documents with meticulous attention to detail.
Working hours Monday to Friday (8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) and Saturdays (8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.)
Basic Salary 50,000/- to 85,000/- and Commissions + Conveyance allowances.

Job Role:
🔸 Greet and direct visitors at the front desk
🔸Possess good communication skills to manage incoming and outgoing calls effectively.
🔸Must possess good telephone etiquette.
🔸Schedule and coordinate meetings whenever needed by the top management.
🔸Take details and do documentation activities when needed.
🔸Draft letters and type any other documents.
🔸Responsible for daily letters, mail, deliveries, and couriers.
🔸Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access
Qualifications ;
🔹Applicants must possess a strong portfolio in the relevant and have relevant work experience.
🔹Being proficient in English is a requirement. Knowledge of Sinhala and Tamil is an added advantage.
🔹Candidate should be a Motivated Female who Is between 18 - 45
🔹Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
🔹No qualifications are needed, we welcome freshers, and an internship will be provided.
🔹Edit various files and assist with the paperwork within the deadlines.
🔹Should pay close attention to details and be focused on meeting deadlines
🔹Experience in Student Visa and other visa consultation sectors will be an added advantage.
