We are a fast-growing organisation in the agri industry. We are seeking a responsible, organised, and energetic Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative and clerical functions.
🔸 Key Responsibilities
Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Maintain office documents, filing systems, and records
Assist with preparing quotations, invoices, and basic reports
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and warehouse teams
Manage office supplies, purchases, and service providers
Support management with scheduling and follow-ups
Ensure smooth daily operations in the office
🔸 Requirements
Age 20–35 years
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Prior experience in office admin or coordination is an advantage
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
Positive attitude, polite, and well-organised
